From the first follow-up visit Davie was able to see characters on the eye chart. The second transplant followed four months later. Again the procedure and the recovery went smoothly. As well as the first transplant had gone, the second was even better.

My participation in the QIRT is one of the most influential experiences I have had in my education and training. The QIRT provides all of the necessary foundations for growth in the skills necessary for leadership and quality improvement: didactic training, practical application, and mentorship.
