Wondr Health

Wondr Health is a 100% digital weight loss program that teaches clinically-proven skills through weekly master classes. The program is available at no cost to all UT SELECT and UT CARE medical plan members 18 yr. and older, including employees, retirees, spouses, and dependents who have not started a class within the last 12 months.
Wondr Health is clinically proven to help you lose weight, sleep better, and stress less. Wondr will teach you simple skills that are based on behavioral science, so you can enjoy your favorite foods and feel better than ever.

Looking for nutrition counseling or a dietician? Need assistance with eating better on a more structured level? Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas can assist you. For UT SELECT and UT CARE members, a personal health advocate is part of your plan.

Notice Regarding GLP-1 Drugs
Certain medications (collectively known as GLP-1s) prescribed for weight loss and weight loss management are excluded from your UT prescription drug coverage. Note that coverage for similar medications used to treat diabetes and for other types of weight loss medications remain available.
Effective 12/1/24, Express Scripts mail order pharmacy will temporarily not be accepting new patient prescriptions for GLP-1 due to drug shortages. For new patient orders of GLP-1 medications that have not been filled via mail order, please utilize your in-network retail pharmacy.
