Research Interests: We are interested in developing novel mass spectrometry-based proteomic technologies (including sample preparation, instrumentation, and computation methods) and applying them to study biologically relevant questions. Our current research in focused on using these techniques to characterize various protein posttranslational modifications, in particular, phosphorylation, ubiquitination, and ADP-ribosylation.
