Salary and Benefits

UT Southwestern's Pediatric Residency Program offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. In addition, we provide a number of perks including free parking at Children's Health, badge money for night shifts worked, book money each year for educational expenses, reimbursement for travel to national conferences if presenting, and more.
