How to Apply

The UT Southwestern Medical Toxicology fellowship program accepts two fellows per year through the Association of American Medical Colleges’ Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We participate in the  National Resident Matching Program  and applicants must participate as well. Please apply through ERAS to complete the application process. Following a review of the application materials, selected candidates will be invited to participate in the interview process.

Important Interview Instructions

  • Fixed interview days
    August 19, September 2, September 30
  • Rolling interview invitations
    Once ERAS opens, we will begin inviting applicants to interview on a rolling basis until all our interview slots are filled.
  • Example interview day schedule (All times are in CST)
    8:00 AM: Welcome and Introduction Breakfast
    8:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Individual Interviews
    12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch with Fellows
    1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Continuation of Individual Interviews
    2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Tour of the North Texas Poison Center
  • Please let us know if you will be attending NACCT in 2025
  • Interviews will be scheduled through Thalamas
  • Interview dates can be rescheduled up to 7 days before your scheduled interview
