The QLMC provides 3 powerful workstations:

  • Dell Precision 64-bit Windows workstations with up to 128 GB RAM, dual core processors, and up to 16 GB graphics cards.
  • Workstation #3 has an 8GB CUDA-enabled GPU card for better handling of large files and faster deconvolution
  • Software includes:
    • Autoquant X3 for deconvolution
    • Bitplane Imaris for 3D rendering and measurement, co-localization, automated particle tracking and neuron tracing.
    • MATLAB
    • FIJI for routine image analysis
