  • Workstation #2: Lenovo 30B4 workstation with 64 GB RAM and NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 GPU graphics card
  • Workstation #3: Dell Precision 7820 workstation with 128 GB RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU graphics card
  • Workstation #4: HP workstation with 128 GB RAM and NVIDIA RTX 4500 ada generation 24Gb GPU graphics card
  • Software includes:
    • Autoquant X3 for deconvolution
    • Oxford Instruments Imaris (always up-to-date version) for 3D rendering and measurement, co-localization, automated particle tracking, deconvolution, batch analysis, stitching, and neuron tracing.
