Software

GUSSI

GUSSI is a program that can illustrate the output of SEDFIT and SEDPHAT. In some cases, it can perform some simple calculations with the data. It is designed to work with sedimentation velocity, sedimentation equilibrium, ITC, DLS, and isotherm data.

NITPIC

NITPIC is a program for the integration of ITC data based on ideas developed mainly by Peter Schuck at NIH. It uses unique algorithms to calculate the baselines of such data and integrates them, putting them in a format for subsequent analysis in SEDPHAT.

REDATE

REDATE corrects data-acquisition time errors in analytical ultracentrifugation data.

PALMIST

PALMIST is a program for the analysis of MST data and the simulation of binding experiments for multiple data types. PALMIST's error-estimation routines are advanced compared to other software for MST data analysis, and it features a competition binding model.

D/STAIN

D/STAIN is a program that analyzes calorimetric demicellization data. It takes input from NITPIC (see above) and analyzes the integrated peaks to estimate CMC, enthalpy of micellization, and other thermodynamic parameters.

DiSECT

DiSECT is software that evaluates data from a difference sedimentation velocity (DSV) experiment. Such experiments are carried out with Rayleigh interference optics and are useful to detect the conformational change in a macromolecule upon addition of a ligand.

SViMULATE

SViMULATE is software that allows the user to simulate analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC) data in the sedimentation velocity (SV) mode.  It is easy, quick, interactive, and fun!
