How to Apply to the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program

Applicants to UT Southwestern's Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program should have completed – or be on track to complete – an accredited residency in pediatrics or emergency medicine before beginning fellowship and should meet applicable board-eligibility requirements.

A complete ERAS application typically includes:

• MyERAS application
• Curriculum vitae
• Personal statement
• Medical school transcript
• Licensing examination transcript(s)
• Three letters of recommendation

Applicants should review the current application cycle for any additional program-specific or visa requirements.

Applications should be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Applicants must register separately with the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) to participate in the fellowship match.

Application Timeline
