The UT Southwestern Disaster Medicine Fellowship Program accepts up to two fellows per year.
Fellows are permitted to moonlight and must be appointed as Assistant Instructors with the prior approval of the Chair.
Application Process
Fellowship application requires completion of the Department application form and National Matching Program registration.
In addition, applicants must provide:
- United States Medical Licensing Examination (Steps 1-3)
- Current Curriculum Vitae
- Personal statement
- Recent headshot
- Reference letters (3 minimum, one of which must be from a program director)
- Copy of board certificates (if any)
- Medical School certificate
- Medical licenses (if any)
