UT Southwestern's Comprehensive Leave Program
UT Southwestern's modern and flexible comprehensive leave program, called Your Time Away, gives employees more options for how they use their paid time off, includes a Paid Parental Benefit, provides a set holiday schedule with three additional floating holidays, and makes available a Medical Hardship Leave Pool for employees in times of need.
