DART Pass Purchase Period Oct. 22 - Nov. 5
The DART pass purchase period for 2024 begins Sunday, Oct. 22 and closes Sunday, Nov. 5. UTSW/DART pass purchases are online only at the Parking Portal under "Order Permits." Note that purchases made after 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 5 could result in receiving your pass after Jan. 1, 2024.
UTSW Subsidizes DART Passes
UT Southwestern provides a DART pass subsidy for employees and students, based on employment status and the type of pass purchased.
- Up to 85% off the standard retail price for full-time employees
- Up to 90% off the standard retail price for students
- Part-time employees can purchase a pass at Level C rates (see table)

- Pass is not transferable.
- Pass is nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
- Pass type may be upgraded, if needed.
- Pass-type downgrade is not possible.
