Cardiofit class

Cardio Kickboxing

Instructor: Audrey

Fun, high intensity cardio and strengthening class that combines martial arts, boxing, and aerobics to up-beat music. This full body workout lasts one hour and aims to strengthen muscle, improve aerobic fitness, and increase balance, flexibility, and coordination.

HIIT

Instructor: Rose

High Intensity Interval Training. Fast paced aerobics utilizing step, plyometrics, weights, and exercise ball for a total body workout which will have you coming back for more.

Nia®

Instructor: Lara

Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind and soul. We believe every person can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life by engaging their senses and listening to their bodies. Nia is based on the intelligent design of the body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes – body, mind, emotion, and spirit. Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Pilates

Instructor: Linda

Lengthen your muscles and refresh your mind in this traditional mat-based class. A focus on alignment, core strength, and breath work will keep you challenged and coming back for more.

Spinning

Instructors: Linda, Leslie

Participants will enjoy a challenging and authentic cycling ride. With driving music and great drills, the outdoor cycling experience comes indoors. Class size is limited by the seven bikes we have available. Newcomers are welcome! The classes are designed so first timers can participate at their own pace until they get comfortable with the programs.

Total Body Conditioning

Instructor: Megan

A one-hour class focused on building muscular strength and endurance for all levels. This class incorporates interval training and circuit-training, along with an emphasis on cardio intervals and active recovery.

Yoga

Instructors: Rose, Linda

Traditional and basic yoga postures, sometimes held, to connect mind, body, and breath. A combination of stretching and strengthening bring balance and harmony from continuous practice.

Zumba®

Instructor: Megan

Ditch the workout; join the party! Shake your booty to a blend of Latin and international beats in this incredibly fun fitness-based dance class. No dance experience needed.
