The Medical District of Dallas is home to UT Southwestern Medical Center. In addition to our own Southwestern Medical Park Apartments, the Medical District features many multifamily apartment communities that are great options for students.

Multiple communities in the Med District offer a special promotion or discount for UTSW students – a discount on application and admin fees, a move-in credit, or both. Participating communities include*:

Income-Based Housing Options

Several communities in the Med District have a certain number of units that are reserved for residents who make under a designated amount of annual income. Participating communities include*:

    • Maximum annual income: $39,650
    • Starting rents: $1,185
  • Maple at Med Center
    • Maximum annual income: $61,000

    • Unified Housing Foundation community
    • Starting rents: $1,324
  • COOP @ Maple
    • Minimum annual income: $37,200
    • Maximum annual income: $46,320-61,760
