Important Notes for Users:

  • 488 nm and 532 nm lasers can both excite PE, but 532 nm provides stronger excitation.
  • Avoid pairing PE-Cy5 with APC when possible due to spectral overlap.
  • Tandem dyes (PE-Cy7, APC-Cy7) require careful handling and compensation.
  • Always run single-stained controls for compensation.
  • Confirm exact filter configuration with the Flow Core before ordering antibodies.
