Important Notes for Users:
- 488 nm and 532 nm lasers can both excite PE, but 532 nm provides stronger excitation.
- Avoid pairing PE-Cy5 with APC when possible due to spectral overlap.
- Tandem dyes (PE-Cy7, APC-Cy7) require careful handling and compensation.
- Always run single-stained controls for compensation.
- Confirm exact filter configuration with the Flow Core before ordering antibodies.
