UT Southwestern is committed to ensuring "web content" and "mobile applications" are accessible for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Measures to Support Accessibility
We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of our digital properties:
- Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices.
- Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.
- Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.
Conformance Status
Web content and mobile applications that UT Southwestern provides or makes available must conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Levels A and AA. As a state institution of higher education, UT Southwestern is also subject to the requirements of 1 Texas Administrative Code § 206 and 1 Texas Administrative Code § 213.
