Training at UT Southwestern for pediatric hematology/oncology provides you with world-class training in both patient care and research. Our fellows are exposed to a wide breadth of clinical diagnoses in a diverse patient population, allowing fellows to gain clinical skills needed for future careers in clinical hematology, oncology, stem cell transplant, or immunotherapy. In addition, sitting on the campus of UT Southwestern, fellows are encouraged to to work in labs at the NCI-designated Simmons Cancer Center, at the UT Southwestern Medical School, or in the biomedical sciences labs at North Campus. Fellows also have the opportunity to pursue clinical research and obtain master’s training at the O’Donnell School of Public Health. I am extremely proud of our past graduates and welcome the chance to provide you with more information about our program.”
