Traci d’Auguste, M.B.A., M.S.H.A.
Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital
Traci d’Auguste, M.B.A., M.S.H.A., joined UT Southwestern in October 2025 as Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, providing operational oversight of both CUH and Zale Lipshy Pavilion. In collaboration with other Health System leaders, her focus is to advance strategic priorities and enhance operational performance to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Ms. d’Auguste has excelled in health care leadership for more than 20 years, leading systemwide initiatives to improve the patient experience, strengthen care coordination, and enhance safety. Prior to joining UT Southwestern, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital and before that held other executive positions at large academic health care organizations across the country.
She completed her graduate education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Craig Glazer, M.D., M.S.P.H., M.S.-M.A.S.
Associate Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Clements University Hospital
Craig Glazer, M.D., M.S.P.H., M.S.-M.A.S., is Associate Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Clements University Hospital. Since 2020, Dr. Glazer has managed physician teams and overseen clinical operations at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital and across hospital-based clinics to ensure equitable care and exceptional patient outcomes. He also collaborates closely with other Health System executive leaders on strategies to advance patient access, care delivery, and clinical programs.
Dr. Glazer joined the UT Southwestern faculty in 2002 and is a Professor in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He specializes in treating interstitial lung diseases and occupational and environmental lung diseases. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Glazer received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at UT Southwestern and gained advanced training through a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. In addition, he was a resident in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the National Jewish Medical and Research Center.
He additionally holds a Master of Science in Management Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Colorado.

Jessica Rivera, M.S.H.S.
Interim Chief Operating Officer, Clements University Hospital
Jessica Rivera, M.S.H.S., is the Interim Chief Operating Officer for William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital and Zale Lipshy Pavilion. Ms. Rivera is responsible for oversight of day-to-day hospital operations, nonclinical support services, patient service coordination, and Spiritual Care and Volunteer Services. Additionally, she leads efforts that drive operational performance, advance patient outcomes, and optimize workflows across all support facilities and hospital facilities.
Ms. Rivera joined UT Southwestern in 2021 as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Laboratory Services and continues to oversee the facility while in her interim COO role. As assistant vice president, she was instrumental in establishing initiatives aimed at centralizing all laboratory testing within UT Southwestern Clinical Laboratory Services.
Ms. Rivera holds a Master of Science in Health Science from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and is certified as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by the American Society for Clinical Pathology. She is currently a fellow with The Health Management Academy, which she is on track to complete in Spring 2026.

Adesuwa Odubele, M.S.N., RN
Associate Vice President and Clements University Hospital Chief Nursing Officer
Adesuwa Odubele, M.S.N., RN, joined UT Southwestern as Associate Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital in October 2025. As CNO, Ms. Odubele is responsible for overseeing nursing practice throughout the organization, including the inpatient, operative, and emergency departments.
Additionally, Ms. Odubele serves as the senior adviser for hospital nursing leadership at UT Southwestern, developing strategies to advance nursing operations and clinical programs, and ensuring that nursing practices, standards of care, and services are uniform throughout units and departments.
For nearly 20 years, Ms. Odubele has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in health systems across the country. She has extensive experience spearheading initiatives that improve patient outcomes and advance organizational goals and clinical practices.
Ms. Odubele earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and is working to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice.

Margie Stickles, D.N.P., M.B.A., RN
Associate Vice President of Perioperative Services
Margie Stickles, D.N.P., M.B.A., RN, is Associate Vice President of Perioperative Services. Dr. Stickles joined UT Southwestern in February 2024. In her role, she oversees all perioperative operations, including the operating rooms, the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, Endoscopy, Outpatient Surgery, Pre-Surgical Testing, and Sterile Processing. As the operational leader, she also works with other clinical leaders to develop strategies and policies that advance quality and the patient experience related to surgical environments.
Dr. Stickles has more than 15 years of health care executive leadership experience overseeing surgical and nursing operations at large medical institutions. Prior to joining UT Southwestern, she was vice president of surgical services at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.
Dr. Stickles earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she also earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration.
