Basic Science Research

Laboratory research in the Division of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology is conducted by outstanding physician-scientists. The presence of these bench scientists on the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology faculty has greatly enhanced the Division’s visibility, both locally and nationally.

  • Andrew Koh, M.D., is both a pediatric oncologist and infectious-disease specialist who has focused both his clinical and research interests on infections in the immunocompromised host. Lab website
