Annual Benefits Enrollment
Annual enrollment for the UT System benefits program begins July 15, and ends at midnight July 31. During this period, employees and retirees who are eligible for benefits may make changes to their group insurance benefit elections as well as add, update, or remove their dependents from coverage.
In addition, employees who participate in either the UT Flex Medical or Flex Day Care reimbursement programs must re-enroll for continued benefit participation. All insurance and UT Flex enrollment requests must be received by midnight July 31 to be effective on September 1.
If Evidence of Insurability (EOI) is required for insurance elections, you may access the electronic EOI form available on My UT Benefits. If completing the EOI form on paper, the completed EOI form must be postmarked by August 15 and sent directly to Dearborn National.

- Review or Change benefits at My UT Benefits. The online benefits enrollment system is available 24/7 from July 15 until 11:59 p.m. on July 31.
