OCHRE's Community Advisory Panel (CAP) is a group of diverse community, patient, and caregiver stakeholders who assist in accessing community health care and social services, especially in communities such as those served by Dallas County’s integrated safety-net system, Parkland Health. The CAP helps researchers learn about community needs and priorities and to inform their work from the client or patient perspective.

The Informatics Coordinating Office offers many services jointly sponsored by the CTSA Program at UT Southwestern to researchers, learners, and faculty.

UT Southwestern offers a two-year Clinical Informatics Fellowship through the Department of Pediatrics to physicians who are certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or board-eligible in one of the ABMS primary specialties.
