Implementation of NIH Notice NOT-OD-25-133 Training Requirement for Other Support Disclosure
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has issued Notice NOT-OD-25-133, introducing a new requirement for institutions that receive NIH funding. As of Oct. 1, 2025, all senior/key personnel are required to complete training on other support disclosure requirements. See more details.

Grants and Contracts Mentorship Program
Application Opens Nov. 3, 2025
The Grants and Contracts Mentorship Program (GCMP) is a structured, 12-month initiative designed to cultivate professional growth among emerging grant specialists. By pairing early-career professionals with experienced mentors, GCMP enhances expertise in both pre-award and post-award grants and contracts management.
Jointly supported by Sponsored Programs Administration and the Office of the Provost, the program promotes cross-departmental collaboration and strengthens institutional capacity in proposal development, regulatory compliance, and project administration. Through guided mentorship, participants gain the skills and confidence needed to successfully secure funding and manage sponsored projects with excellence.
Eligibility criteria:
- Mentee: A minimum of two years of experience in research administration
- Mentor: A minimum of five years of experience in a senior-level grants and contracts specialist role (or a comparable position)
