Greenphire User Access and Deactivation Policy Update

Greenphire has recently updated its user access process regarding account deactivation due to inactivity. Please be aware of the following changes:

• Account deactivation: Accounts not accessed for six months will be deactivated, and all access will be removed. To prevent this, users must log in at least one time per month.
• Restoring access after deactivation: Users will not automatically regain access to their previous studies. To restore access, the approved SIP must be submitted before deactivation, along with an email listing the studies and the type of access required.
