Application Process & Program Statistics
Thank you for your interest in our Radiation Oncology Clinical Medical Physics Residency Program. All resident positions have been filled for the July 1, 2024, start date. We will begin accepting applications for the July 1, 2025, start date on August 1, 2024, and the deadline to apply is September 30, 2024.
A complete application must be submitted directly to our program by email. Please submit all application materials in PDF format.
- Please provide your CV, personal statement, graduate and undergraduate transcripts, and three letters of recommendation. Letters of reference should be sent directly from author. Send all correspondence to kiera.smith@UTSouthwestern.edu.
- If applicable, please inform the residency program regarding your need for visa support in your personal statement.
