Application Process

Clinical

We accept one clinical applicant per observation period. To apply, applicants must provide:

  • Proof of medical license
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement, including reasons of interest and training expectations
  • Three letters of reference
  • Current immunizations
  • Photo

If you are an international applicant, you must obtain a B-1 Visa. We will provide an invitation letter upon acceptance.

Medical Physicist

We accept one medical physicist applicant per observation period. To apply, applicants must provide:

  • Copy of Ph.D. or master’s degree in a related field
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement, including reasons of interest and training expectations
  • Three letters of reference
  • Current immunizations
  • Photo

If you are an international applicant, you must obtain a B-1 Visa. We will provide an invitation letter upon acceptance.
