At UT Southwestern, we pride ourselves on our research. From Attending to Resident we stress the importance of Basic, Clinical, and Translational research and Quality Improvement projects.

The following are examples of some of our faculty conducting studies that are ongoing/recently published. You will notice that we have representation from each major subspecialty of Anesthesia on this list. This small sample-size research study is just a glimpse into the amount of work our faculty members put into bolstering our great institution and the amount of support, resources, and opportunities available to them in return.
