Disabled Vehicles (24/7)
UT Southwestern Medical Center Public Safety Officers can help if you have a dead battery or have locked your keys inside your vehicle. Call 214-648-8311 and give your name, vehicle description, vehicle license plate number, and location. The responding officer will bring a liability release form, which is required for service. If you arrange to have your personal vehicle towed, please contact the University Police at 214-648-8311 and advise the Department that you have made personal towing arrangements.
Fingerprinting services are currently free of charge to UT Southwestern Medical Center faculty, staff, students, and their families. You must present valid identification. Fingerprinting is available from 1–4:30 p.m. weekdays.
