Thank you to everyone who participated in the Values in Practice (VIP) survey for nonfaculty employees. The survey closed last Sunday with an incredible 76% response rate – matching our previous VIP pulse survey rate and exceeding the 75% Glint benchmark. That’s close to 14,000 responses!

We Value Your Voice

The annual Values in Practice (VIP) survey is open through Sunday, Nov. 6, for all nonfaculty employees. This 3- to 5-minute confidential survey helps UTSW leadership measure how the organization is exemplifying the core values of compassion, innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Your candid feedback is key to the success of the VIP survey. Results will be reviewed and developed into actionable takeaways – from the individual team level to the organizationwide level.

To get started, check your inbox for a survey invitation from Glint, with subject line “UT Southwestern wants your feedback.”

Additional details:

  • The survey is completely confidential and is managed by a third-party vendor named Glint.
  • Each survey link is unique, so please do not forward or share your Glint invite.
  • Managers with five or more respondents will be able to review survey insights on the Glint Results Dashboard. Managers with fewer than five respondents will have access to view roll-up survey results to protect employee confidentiality in small teams.
