Your voice is vital: 2026 Values in Practice Survey
To the UT Southwestern Community:
Many of you received an invitation earlier this morning to participate in our annual Values in Practice employee engagement survey. We hope you will take this opportunity to share honest feedback about your experience at UT Southwestern – what matters most to you, where we need to improve, and suggestions on how we can create a better environment for everyone to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. By sharing your perspectives, we can pinpoint areas for growth and work together to build a more supportive community.
This specific survey is designed for all staff and clinical faculty. Participants received a core set of UT Southwestern engagement questions on topics ranging from teamwork and innovation to career goals and well-being. A few additional questions related to our culture of safety and high-reliability initiatives, which are essential to achieving and maintaining clinical excellence, have been provided to those working in the Health System.
We want to be very clear: your responses are confidential. The survey is administered by Glint, an external partner, and results are shared only in aggregate to guide improvements. This confidentiality is essential and intentional so you can share your honest perspectives openly.
The survey takes approximately 5 to 7 minutes to complete and can be accessed through a link sent to your email. If you have any questions about the survey, please reach out to employeeengagement@UTSouthwestern.edu.
