Message from Business Affairs: EleVate the Experience

Recently, Arnim Dontes, Executive Vice President for Business Affairs, introduced a new program and work group dedicated to continuous quality improvement. Effective immediately, this work group is implementing enhancements, such as better communication around upgrades and improved processes for rolling out new products and systems – all designed to eleVate the Experience for all who receive administrative services across UT Southwestern Medical Center.

In the coming months you will see and hear more from the eleVate work group as it creates a conduit for the flow of information, providing a comprehensive framework to enhance customer service and increase accountability.
