If you have direct reports and are not classified as faculty, our New Leader Onboarding and Leadership Foundations programs are designed for you. LeadershipFoundations@UTSouthwestern.edu us to join an upcoming session:

  • All new non-faculty leaders (directors and below) are required to attend New Leader Onboarding.
  • All non-faculty leaders (supervisors to assistant vice presidents) are required to attend Leadership Foundations.

Would you or someone you know like to work on public speaking skills? Consider joining a Toastmasters meeting. For information about upcoming meetings and how to attend, mark-raschke@utsouthwestern.edu Mark Raschke.

  • Required for eligible non-faculty people managers with supervisory responsibility
  • Builds leadership and management competencies among new and existing leaders
  • Three all-day sessions across consecutive months
  • Developed in partnership with UT Southwestern executive leaders
