Annual Benefits Enrollment 2025

The Annual Benefits Enrollment period (July 15-31) is an opportunity for benefits-eligible employees to enroll in or make changes to benefits for the upcoming plan year, including adding or removing dependents, enrolling in an Flexible Spending Account (FSA), signing up for Short-Term Disability Insurance, and more.

Note: This is the only time you may make changes to your benefits unless you have a qualifying life event (e.g., loss or gain of group health insurance, change in marital status, birth/adoption of a child, etc.).

Any new elections or changes will go into effect Sept. 1, 2025, which marks the beginning of the new benefit plan year. Note: For Voluntary Life Insurance, plans will become effective upon approval of Evidence of Insurability (EOI), if applicable.

Changes and Updates

  • Slight increase in medical premiums for Employee & Spouse, Employee & Child(ren), and Employee & Family coverage
  • Reduced specialist copays for therapy, including physical, speech, and occupational therapy.

There will be NO premium rate or plan design changes this year for dental, vision, life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance plans.
