Program Curriculum

Ambulatory Curriculum

UT Southwestern Ambulatory Operations offers two postgraduate administrative fellowship tracks for recent graduates and early careerists: Operations and Finance/Revenue Cycle. Both fellowships are twelve months. The fellowships focus on learning ambulatory operations through hands on training. Under the direction and guidance of the UT Southwestern Ambulatory Leadership team, the fellow will gain direct experience working with operational teams to understand and improve processes. The fellow will be paired with an executive leader to aid in solving an operational issue for the team. Projects are identified annually based on need. In addition, the fellows will learn about operations through training and mentor relationships.

Hospital Curriculum
