View an archive of weekly Grand Rounds presented by UT Southwestern faculty and invited speakers. CME credit is only available for in-person attendance. Additionally, the Women in Neurology Lecture Series& features esteemed leaders who have significantly contributed to neurology and their communities. Invited speakers present their work during Grand Rounds, and share insights on career paths, challenges, and more during meaningful one-on-one or group discussions.

Neurocritical Care Lecture (NCCL) Series
UT Southwestern Faculty and APPs from several specialties have created a lecture series for physicians, APPs, nurses, and rehabilitation therapists. Participants learn about best practices in stroke management and can earn CE Credits. These lectures are cost-free and open to everyone, both within and outside of UT Southwestern.

Annual Carrell-Krusen Neuromuscular Symposium
The Carrell-Krusen Symposium, established in 1977 by Dr. Jay Cook at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, honors pioneers Brandon Carrell, M.D., a pediatric orthopedic surgeon, and Edward Krusen, M.D., a physiatrist who established the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Dallas. Since 1990, under the direction of Dr. Susan Iannaccone, this multidisciplinary conference brings together world-renowned experts to explore rare and complex neuromuscular conditions, including muscular dystrophies, motor neuron diseases, neuropathies, and genetic disorders. Through expert-led discussions, case presentations, and its hallmark live patient demonstration, the symposium offers a uniquely immersive learning experience that integrates diagnosis, management, and emerging therapies.

Annual Total Care Program for Parkinson's Disease
The Total Care Program for Parkinson’s Disease annual series provides practical, evidence-based education for both medical professionals and the Parkinson’s community. Led by UT Southwestern experts and community partners, sessions offer multidisciplinary insights on topics such as diet, emotional well-being, speech and swallowing, and exercise, with resources for patients and caregivers. The series culminates in an annual symposium, with CME credit available for clinicians.
