Faculty Connect
Let's breakdown silos and CONNECT!
Launched in 2024, Faculty Connect supports new connections between faculty members across departments. The goal of Faculty Connect is for faculty to network, offer each other guidance, share experiences, and develop ideas or implement plans collaboratively or independently.
Interested faculty members are grouped with several other faculty from various disciplines and departments based upon their selection of interested domains:
- Administration/Navigating the Hospital System
- Career Development/Networking
- Scholarly Activity
- Well-Being/Work-Life Integration
What are the requirements?
Faculty are encouraged to meet (virtually and/or in-person) at least three times during the academic year. Over the course of one year, faculty may decide what best serves their connection and determine how they would like to engage. Connections may continue beyond the required year.
How do I get connected?
Applications for the 2025-2026 connections are now open! We will notify participants of their groups prior to the virtual orientation date. Because we strongly encourage a committment of at least three group meetings, provided are the recommended meeting dates.
