Innovative Mentorship Program for Academic Clinician Teachers

Become an IMPACT Educator – Elevate your career in Health Professions Education

The UTSW Innovative Mentorship Program for Academic Clinician Teachers (IMPACT) Program helps educators take their teaching skills to the next level while also supporting their personal professional development.

The innovative, competency-based curriculum provides meaningful learning opportunities through guided and personally tailored mentorship. With the support of faculty coaches and subject matter experts, participants develop and execute individualized learning plans aligned to their current and future professional goals as educators.
