Applicants must submit the required documents via email to ObGynHospFellowship@UTSouthwestern.edu.

Requirements
- Eligibility for a license to practice medicine from the Texas Medical Board
- Incoming fellows must be licensed to practice medicine in State of Texas prior to initiation of fellowship (August 1)
- Candidate must have completed an accredited four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology prior to starting fellowship.
- ABOG Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Application materials:
- Curriculum vitae
- Cover letter outlining desire to pursue an Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Fellowship
- Three letters of reference (LOR from current program director preferred if still in residency)
- Current photograph
- USMLE Step score 3 and/or COMLEX scores
