Education & Training in Medicine-Pediatrics
We offer a rigorous, well‑rounded education through our Med-Peds Residency Program. Residents train across Children’s Medical Center Dallas, Parkland Memorial Hospital, and William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, gaining broad clinical experience in inpatient care, intensive care, ambulatory medicine, and emergency settings. From the first year forward, trainees build a strong clinical foundation and progressively assume greater supervisory responsibility. Upper-level residents benefit from tailored curriculum blocks that support individualized learning and career exploration. This balanced, flexible structure prepares graduates for a range of opportunities available to Med-Peds physicians and supports the development of each resident’s unique talents and professional goals.
