Dr. Mizushima’s lecture, titled “Exploring Autophagy: From Yeast to Mammals,” covered a brief history of his influential work in the field of autophagy research, as well as some of the more recent discoveries he and his team have made in his lab.

Dai Chung, M.D., M.B.A., Professor of Surgery, has been selected to receive the 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of University Surgeons (SUS).
