“at the end of our session, [the mentee] was like... ‘I think there was a reason why I was meant to meet you’”
Individualized Development Plans
Who it's for: early career researchers seeking a K award, K awardees, Ph.D. researchers
Analyze strengths, needs, and career goals through online assessment tools. The assessments provide researchers with areas for development and opportunities available at UT Southwestern to support their career development.
Skills assessments evaluate a researcher's skills as outlined in the Core Competency Framework for Clinical Research Professionals and provide insight into areas of development and resources to help participants support these guidelines, which were developed by the Joint Task Force (JTF) for Clinical Trial Competency.
All career and skills tools can be found in our CRA MS Teams Group. Please CRA@utsouthwestern.edu the CRA team to request access.
