Teacher Resource Lesson Plans
The activities presented here are the result of work performed by participants in the STARS Summer Research Program for Teachers. The lesson plans vary in scope and level of applicability.
These activities have not been field-tested and are presented here in a draft format. Therefore, it is suggested that each teacher use their own careful professional judgment regarding the use of these lesson plans in the classroom. STARS and UT Southwestern Medical Center assume no responsibility for the content of these activities.
If you are interested in gaining access to available lesson plans, send an email to mary.leyendecker@utsouthwestern.edu, and you will be sent a link to a OneDrive folder that contains lesson plans from the past five years plus some historical lesson plans. All STARS events and materials are free. Please be aware that the lesson plans listed below are examples of what is available and many fall into the historical category (pre-2010).
