Whether you are new to quality improvement or ready to advance your expertise, these programs provide practical tools, coaching, and real-world application.
QI Basics
A foundational introduction to quality improvement methods and tools. Participants learn core concepts such as problem identification, process mapping, measurement, and PDSA cycles, building the skills needed to participate in improvement work across clinical and operational settings.
Advanced Course in Quality Improvement - Systems Thinking, Application, Leadership, and Teamwork in Quality Improvement - SALT QI
This advanced course builds on the concepts, tools, and methodologies learned in introductory QI Basics training courses. Participants will enhance their real-world quality improvement (QI) projects by employing systems thinking as a guiding perspective and gradually applying principles of high reliability, strategies for error prevention, team science, and implementation science. Project teams are encouraged to attend.
