What is teletherapy?

Video counseling sessions between a therapist and a patient.

What will we talk about?

  • YOU control therapy and do not have to share anything you do not want
  • This therapy focuses on small changes to your daily routine and your thinking patterns

How will it help me?

  • This therapy focuses on small changes to your daily routine and your thinking patterns

How long will I be in therapy?

The program includes an initial session and eight follow up sessions. You can plan to spend about one hour per week in the program.

  • The sessions are in a private space and are between you and your therapist
  • We encourage you to try at least one session
