Policies Cancellation/No-show/Invoicing If you book a system but can't make it, we require that you cancel your session via PPMS at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If you can't connect to PPMS or are within the 12-hour window, please qlmc@utsouthwestern.edu , and we will cancel for you - no problem! Failure to cancel classifies you as a "no-show", which will result in an invoice for the entire scheduled duration. Regarding invoicing, all our systems track your actual usage time
