Combined Medicine/Pediatrics Nephrology Track Individuals seeking board certification in both Adult and Pediatric Nephrology can pursue combined fellowship training. Completion of both Adult and Pediatric residency training, either individually or as a combined Med/Peds residency, is a prerequisite for this pathway. Structure/Duration The total duration of training is four years. This includes one clinical year of adult nephrology training and one clinical year of pediatric nephrology training
