Class of 1973: A. Reese Abright III, M.D., has been named a 2017-18 Fellow Ambassador by The New York Academy of Medicine. The Fellow Ambassadors Program was established in 2015 to increase the visibility of expertise within the Academy Fellowship, to direct engagement of Fellows with the research and policy staff of the Academy, and to provide the public access to the wealth of knowledge among Fellows.

Graduate School

Class of 2003: Charles Patterson, Ph.D., is now senior advisor for executive-level compliance and enforcement outreach with the U.S. Department of Education (ED), Federal Student Aid (FSA), in Washington, D.C. He leads executive outreach efforts with higher education organizations; university systems; federal, state, and local organizations; and key external high-level officials in the U.S. on financial aid and ED/FSA policy implementation matters.
