Focus on Community

The Community Health core is focused on promoting initiatives and activities that benefit the community beyond the walls of UT Southwestern.

Our initiatives include:

  • Developing a pipeline/pathway activity for elementary and/or middle school students to engage with our department
  • Group community service opportunities
  • Engaging with community members and partners collaboratively to advance health equity
