Division of Genomic and Molecular Pathology
Molecular Genetic Pathology FellowshipLaboratory Genetics and Genomics Fellowship

The Division of Genomic and Molecular Pathology leads UT Southwestern's ongoing endeavors in genomic medicine by coordinating existing clinical molecular and genomic laboratories at UT Southwestern (Clinical Next Generation Sequencing, Cytogenetics, Cytogenomic Microarray, and Molecular Diagnostics), and Children's Health (Advanced Diagnostics). Genomic and molecular pathology are used for the diagnosis and management of hereditary disease, infectious disease, and cancer. The faculty of the Division provide diagnostic expertise, develop innovative tests and lead regulatory compliance for these specialized clinical laboratories. The Division is also a focal point for education, training, and translational research in genomics and molecular pathology.
