Spectral detection for optimized CFP/YFP FRET and spectral unmixing of closely overlapping fluorophores (e.g. GFP and YFP, multiplexed Qdots). Tunable NIR laser for multiphoton excitation from 690 to 1040 nm, including second harmonic generation (SHG) imaging of unstained collagen.
