The FY26 performance evaluation process begins April 29, and these live sessions are designed to help individual contributors feel confident, prepared, and ready to tell their story. Annual evaluations are more than a requirement – they’re an opportunity to reflect on your contributions, recognize your impact, and think intentionally about what’s next. This session will walk you through what to expect and how to approach your self‑evaluation in a thoughtful, meaningful way. Eligible employees hired on or before March 1, 2026, must undergo a performance review from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2026.Complete your self-evaluations by May 31. Through real examples and guided discussion, participants explore why accessibility matters, what is expected by policy, and how to approach documents, presentations, and meetings. The session emphasizes simple, actionable improvements and how to access support resources.
