The Cancer Cell Imaging Core (CCIC) at UT Southwestern enables researchers to visualize cancer processes with unprecedented resolution and throughput. CCIC combines state-of-the-art multiscale imaging, tissue clearing, thick-tissue cyclic immunofluorescence, expansion microscopy, and tailored image analysis. Primarily serves the UTSW research community, but will also collaborate with other institutions state-wide.

The Structural Biology Lab (SBL) provides access and assistance with the techniques of X-ray crystallography, small angle X-ray scattering and high-resolution imaging as well as single particle reconstruction in cryo-electron microscopy.
